GM Collin expands pro-ageing Bota-Peptides line

The Bota-Peptides Cream is the latest addition to GM Collin’s Bota-Peptides range formulated
to target wrinkles and improve the skin’s radiance and texture.

Joining the line’s existing serum and eye contour products, the new face cream relies on a cocktail of eight peptides to work effectively on the skin.

What are peptides?
Proteins are composed of peptide strands which contain a unique variety of amino acids. Collagen and elastin are two important proteins in the skin, but over time, they can become damaged and their production can decrease.

Peptides offer a solution to maintain the health and viability of collagen and elastin. Without them, skin loses its firmness and elasticity, and wrinkles begin to appear on the face. Each peptide acts in a very specific way to target a particular need in the skin.

GM Collin's new cream formula includes the following peptides:
• Argireline ® amplified peptide
• Lipo-dipeptide.
• Cranberry fruit extract (natural biopeptide).
• Dipeptide (neuropeptide).
• Peptide q10tm.
• Matrixyl ® 3000 (contains two peptides).
• Carcinine.

“Every day, we contract over 15,000 facial muscles, creating micro-expressions that appear on the face for only 1/25th of a second, but which slowly leave their mark on the skin,” explained Myriam Sayer, director of marketing and operations GM Collin.

“As the first signs of ageing are expression lines, it was essential to us to offer a solution to delay the visible effects of time. Using the latest advancement in product formulations, we came to create Bota-Peptides Cream, a multi-sensorial poly-peptides cream with antioxidants that focuses on expression lines and wrinkles.”
